Hello Youhan,
I can appreciate your dreams and very happy that at least you are having dreams. But unfortunately, I think you can not get lateral admission in a foreign country based on your Diploma in India.

The qualification required to pursue B.Tech through lateral entry is that a student must pass a state Diploma with a minimum aggregate of 60% (general category) and 55% (OBC and 50% for ST/SC).
Without any backlog.
I hope this will help you.
Good luck.

Hello Shambhavi,
It's next to impossible to get a transfer from a private engineering college to another. It would be rather easy to abandon and apply fresh for first-year admission.

West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination (WBJEE) conducts JLET examination for 3 years Diploma student. If you qualify the exam and get a good rank, you can easily get admission in a good college for B.Tech lateral entry program.
