Hi Bharath,
You did not mention if you want to study Bachelor's or Master's degree in Germany. If you are planning for a Bachelor's degree then you must complete 13-years of education. You cannot apply directly after 12th. Better information can be given if you share more details from your end.

Hello Soumya,
Unfortunately these days, admissions in engineering colleges is through some or the other entrance exam like JEE Mains or CET conducted by state govt. Marks obtained in 12th only decide yes or no.

The eligibility criteria for seeking admission in DTU is 60% or more marks in the aggregate of physics, chemistry and mathematics. If you score well in JEE Mains, you have a good chance of getting admission in B.Tech.

In Maharashtra, admissions to all engineering colleges is through MHT CET. Yes, you can get civil engineering.
