To be eligible for admission to BE/BTech course at Sanjeevan Engineering and Technology Institute (SETI, Panhala), the candidate has to score a minimum of 45% aggregate in class 12 in a relevant stream from any recognised board. Eligible students will have to appear for either the JEE Main or the MHT CET exam and score valid marks to be eligible for the course.

No you can't do B.Tech after completing your B.Pharma because B.Tech needs math in B.Pharma their is no maths in their course

Here is the eligibility criteria at Apeejay Institute of Management and Engineering Technical Campus for MBA:
1)You should have a Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 50% marks in total.
2)You should appear in any of the entrance test like XAT, MAT, CAT etc. Scores of such national level exams are considered .
3)After this you can get admision in this college.

For studying the BTech Petroleum Engineering course, you should have at least 50 to 60% marks in the PCM subjects in Class 12 board exams. Also, you must give relevant entrance tests for admission to the top colleges in India.
There are some BTech Petroleum Engineering colleges that also provide admission on a merit basis by taking into account your Class 12 marks. So, you should get excellent marks in the board exams if you wish to get in via merit, as the cutoffs are quite high.
Further, if you have a 3-year Diploma in Petroleum Engineering/Oil Engineering or a related field, you can directly get admission to the 2nd year of the B Tech
