Both of them are good choices, to be honest. You need to analyze your career requirements to see if you really need an MTech.
A MTech.
A3 in Electrical Engineering can also give you great career opportunities, but the M.Tech will provide in-depth research options and more R&D based roles.

LPU is widely known for its B.Tech programs, particularly in emerging domains like CSE, AI, Data Science, and Robotics, with a strong focus on practical learning and internships.
Whereas, MSRIT, however, is also a reputed institution known for its established engineering

I guess both fields have different career objectives. There's no comparison between these two. Engineering is all about technical areas, and the Social Sciences are inclined toward politics, social issues, human behaviour, etc.
First of all, a PhD is the highest-level of degree, and you need to go through the whole long process of educational degrees to pursue a PhD. So, it will depend on the subjects you choose at your 12th, UG, and PG levels.
