The total tuition fee for BTech courses at Chaitanya University ranges from INR 4.8 lakh-INR 10 lakh. Candidates also have to pay tutition fee and hostel fee. The GATE papers are defined by the specific paper codes which is mentioned in the GATE 2026 information brochure, as well as in the application form. Yes, the BITSAT syllabus is important for the preparation process. Students should know the syllabus well since it will help them to plan out their study strategy. Being familiar with the syllabus will also allow the students to know which topics and units have to be prepared for the exam. This will help the students have a good preparation plan.

Since the level of the BITSAT syllabus is similar to the 11th and 12th standard qualifying exam, the students are advised to prepare for the exam with their NCERT books. Through the NCERT books, the students will be able to understand the subjects and their topics well. However, other books should also be referred to have a more conceptual understanding.

To add a new paper (secondary paper), visit the GATE application form and log in using the credentials. After logging in, select the edit option and make the required changes. Pay the additional fee and submit the application form. Incase, you've submitted the application form and want to change, that facility will be available during the correction process.

OBC-NCL and EWS category need not submit any category certificate while filling the GATE application form. All candidates have to submit the following -
- Photograph and signature (as per specifications)
- Valid photo ID (such as Aadhar card, PAN Card, Voter ID, etc.)
- Foreign nationals have to upload, either a Driving License or passport (in the valid ID section)
Category candidates must upload their caste certificate, and PwD/Dyslexic candidates must submit their medical (PwD or dyslexic certificate) to avail compensatory time.

No. The students will not be given any extra time to complete the 12 additional questions in the BITSAT paper. These questions have to be solved within the 3 hour duration of the examination. The additional questions will only be provided if the students complete the 130 original questions before the end of the exam.
