Cal State East Bay is a solid option for Indian students interested in an MS in Computer Science. It is highly accessible, affordable (INR 20.3 Lakhs for the first-year), and maintains a nice curriculum that aligns with industry demands.

NUS offers 16 B.E/B.Tech courses for a time span of four years to Indian students. The tuition fee of these courses basically range from INR 14.8 L - 29.59 L but it is very hard to get into NUS, students with an excellent academic performance would only able to get an admission due to very low acceptance rate of 5-10%.

The National University of Singapore offers 16 B.E/B.Tech courses to Indian students. The best ones between them are Bachelors of Computing (honours) in Computer Science, Bachelor in Engineering (Mechanical Engineering), Bachelor of Arts in Industrial Design and Bachelor of Science in Data Science and Analytics.
