Yes, Subhash University offers BTech courses for four years, divided into eight semesters. The university offers BTech courses in eight specialisations- Computer Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering, etc. The basic eligibility criteria required by the university to get admission into BTech courses is candidates must complete their Class 12 from the Science stream with decent scores. For admission, the university releases a merit list on the basis of applicants' Class 12 scores.

Jiwaji University BTech programme is offered with various specialisations, in full-time mode. The University offers BTech with an annual intake of 130 students at total tuition fees worth INR 93.1 K.
