Up till now, there are no announcements regarding the changes to the Assam Common Entrance Examination (CEE) syllabus for 2024. The examination would, however, be on the syllabus framed by the Assam Higher Secondary Education Council and the National Council of Educational Research and Training, which would usually comprise subjects such as Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics.
The official website of Assam Science and Technology University (ASTU: the apex body for conducting Assam CEE) should be checked off and on for the most accurate and current information.

Yes, why not! You can pursue an integrated BTech + M.Tech degree in Aerospace Engineering that is offered at several colleges across India. The duration of the course is usually 5 years. You basically complete both UG and PG at one stretch, saving a lot of time and money.
