After the B Tech (Full Form: Bachelor of Technology) entrance exam results are out, you have to to register online for the counselling process of the universities you're targeting. The clear answer is no. An online BTech degree is not valid in India anymore. It is not approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) because of a variety of reasons.
