To join MANET, you must have normal color vision; color blindness is a disqualification. For B.Tech Marine Engineering or B.Sc. Nautical Science, your unaided vision should be at least 6/12 in each eye or 6/9 and 6/18.

Yes. For MANET BTech courses, SC/ST candidates get a 5-year relaxation, and OBC candidates get 3 years. Female candidates applying for B.Tech Marine Engineering or B.Sc. Nautical Science receive an additional 2-year relaxation to encourage participation.

No. MANET only accepts candidates who completed their education through regular schooling. Applications for B.Tech Marine Engineering or B.Sc. Nautical Science involving part-time, distance learning, or correspondence courses will not be considered for any of the maritime programs.

Yes, you can transition into Biomedical Engineering (BME) after a undergraduate degree in Biomedical Science, but the path depends on your career goals and the country where you plan to study.
In India, transitioning typically requires moving into a Master of Technology (M.Tech) or a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) program.
