The JEE Main 2026 Session 1 (January) exam was widely considered moderate to tough. Many students found it more challenging than in the previous years.

The question paper consisted of time-consuming questions. Mathematics and Chemistry were considered tricky, while Physics was relatively more manageable.

AIT Pune cutoff for admission to the BE course was concluded after Round 1 of JEE Main Seat Allotment result. Considering the AIT Pune closing ranks for BTech ranged between 53637 and 113592 for General category students. During the AIT Pune cutoff 2023,  B.E. in Computer Engineering was the most competitive specialisation with a closing rank of 53637 in the last round.

Bundelkhand University offers four-year BTech programme at the UG level. The university offers BTech programme across various specialisations like ECE, CSE,  Mechanical, Biotechnology,  Biomedical, Food Engineering & Technology, and others. 

NIT Goa M.Tech average package stood at INR 12.5 LPA as per available report. The placement rate achieved by the candidates was 91.66%. Some of the companies that participated in the placements drive were Adani Group, Samsung, Digit, and more. 

NIT Goa placements rate was 91.66% for the M.Tech candidates. The candidates received a the highest package of INR 35 LPA. It was achieved by candidates belonging to the ECE branch. Many top companies took part in the NIT Goa M.Tech placements drive. 

NIT Goa offers 100% tuition fee waiver to M.Tech aspirants from ST/ SC/ PH categories. The candidates may have to submit relevant documents to avail this benefit. The total course fee for these candidates is INR 35,000 for the two-year course. The fee is as per the 2025-26 fee structure. Hence, it is indicative.

NIT Goa M.Tech security deposit is of INR 4,000. It is a one-time fee, which is also refundable. The mentioned fee amount is as per the 2025-26 fee structure. Hence, is indicative. This fee is the same, irrespective of the category to which the candidate belongs. 

All India Combined Entrance Exam (AICCE) is accepted by many private universities and engineering colleges across India. You can take admission in BTech at Teerthanker Mahaveer University and Glocal University among others using AICEE scores. 

Candidates can choose the preferred subjects as electives during the NIT Goa M.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering course. There are nearly 27 programme specific electives. Mentioned below are some of the available electives:

• Wireless Sensor Networks
• Health Informatics
• Big Data Analytics
• Game Theory
• Security and Privacy, etc.

To prepare for the GITAM admission test - GITAM GAT, please refer to both. 90 to 95% of entrance/foundation concepts are covered in the NCERT. While any extra topics or concepts that are in the GITAM GAT syllabus can be covered from the Telugu academy books. Make sure to follow the GITAM GAT syllabus for B.Tech Biotech course and prepare all topics.
