GITAM GAT is conducted for admission to UG and PG courses offered by GITAM Deemed to be University. Candidates seeking admission to GITAM, must apply for GAT examination and stay updated with the latest events and dates. For the upcoming session, GAT 2026 registration has commenced. The exam is being held in multiple sessions.
In GITAM GAT, each correct answer will be awarded 1 or 2 marks. There is no negative marking. Each question has four options, of which one is correct.
GITAM GAT BTech syllabus includes 10+2 level questions from Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Quantitative Aptitude & Analytical Reasoning, and English. Candidates must note that the GAT syllabus varies from course to course and thus candidates must check the syllabus before starting their exam preparations.
Candidates should keep preparing for GITAM GAT along with their class 12 school exams and boards. A good board preparation is enough to score well in GAT.
In GITAM GAT BTech entrance exam, a total of 100 questions are asked of 200 marks. 30 questins are asked from maths, 20 each from Physics, Chemistry, and Quantitative Aptitude & Analytical Reasoning, and 10 questions from english. The CBT exam will be held in 2 hours and MCQs will be assked. Each correct answer wll have 2 marks and no negative marking is doen for wrong attempts.
