A rank below 25000 is considered god rank for securing admission to top National Institute of Technology ( NITs) .
Rank between 25000 and 50000 still offer opportunities to get into good college but choices of branch might be limited.
Rank above 50000 may lead to admission in state-level or private institutions.

If you are asking about will they give entry inside centre without original admit card then my answer is no they won't allow anyhow whoever you are, original admit card is mandatory for entry in any exam.It will serve as a valid proof then also they won't allow you inside until you them the original admit card.

You are not necessarily required to do JEE Main to take admission to Atharva University. To secure B.Tech in Atharva University, a candidate can do so on a valid score in one of the various entrance exams, namely: JEE Main, MHT-CET, CUET, PERA CET, or university level entrance examination also called (AU-AIET) along with the normal 45 percent in aggregate in PCM at the +2 level.
In summary:
It can also be admitted with JEE Main.
The same is acceptable in other entrance exams such as MHT-CET, CUET, PERA CET or the entrance test conducted by the Atharva University itself.
The candidates should also have academic eligibility.

It is almost impossible that you can get CSE or ECE branches any college but there are little chances to get environmental engineering, Biotechnology type branches in lower IIIT'S.
Personal suggest for you is to take drop.

1st year subjects are common for all branches.
In 2nd year- circuit theory, digital logic circuits measurement and instrumentation, electron devices and circuits, electromagnetic theory etc.
In 3rd year- power electronics, microprocessor and microcontroller, renewable energy system, embedded system etc.
In 4th year- protection and switchgear, FACTS, smart grid etc.
