The average Mining Engineering salary for BTech graduates is somewhere around INR 5 LPA to INR 7 LPA, which differs on the basis of the individual's academic qualifications, skill set, internship or industrial project experiences (if any), skill based certifications, job role, recruiter, and work location. In the beginning, the salary package may not be very promising but with years of experience and skill enhancement, you can expect promising Mining Engineering salaries after BTech.

The GATE marks required for admission to IIITDM Kancheepuram vary across courses, specialisations and rounds. For the General AI category candidates, IIITDM Kancheepuram GATE cutoff 2025 ranged from 350 to 483 for all MTech courses. Among all, M.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering (Data Science and Artificial Intelligence) was the most competitive with a cutoff score of 483, followed by M.Tech. in Electronics and Communication Engineering (Microelectronics and VLSI Systems) with 385, as the cutoff score.

IIITDM Kancheepuram CSE GATE cutoff 2025 is released based on the GATE examination, followed by the CCMT counselling process for M.Tech admissions. The cutoff range for this year, for the General AI quota, was 483 to 572. For the OBC AI category, the cutoff was 475 in the first round and 420 in the last round. Compared to last year, the competition has certainly increased for both categories, as in 2024, the last round cutoff was 456 and 353 for the General and OBC AI quota, respectively.
