No, you can not do M.Tech after BCA. The eligibility criteria for M.Tech is B.Tech in relevant discipline or M.Sc in Science/Maths/Statistics/CS. GATE is mandatory requirement for M.Tech.

Yes, you can complete your B.Tech after a gap of one year. If you had already taken admission then you will have to restart. Please ask your college regarding this.

The exact information goes to the college website. The dress code of St Joseph's college Depends from course to course. Students are advised to wear formals. Casuals only on weekends. It's Kurtis and jeans for girls and formal pants/shirts for boys. No sleeveless/body-hugging tees allowed. It's mandatory for management students to wear suits. Neckties for boys is a must. Suits can be accompanied with blazers, if weather permits. Other vocational courses too have uniforms.
