It is depends from company to company. We don't know the exact criteria of many companies, on what basis they shortlist the candidates. Many companies allow all candidates to sit in their recruitment process. Some companies keep criteria of percentage, this can affect you for some companies. Most of them keep the criteria of 60%. Very few companies keep criteria of 70% so do not worry. You will get lots of opportunities. Try to improve other skills and resume. This will increase your chances of shortlisting. Overall, don't think too much about it, you will have enough opportunities.

BFIT does have B.Sc in Biotechnology and It is a 3 years long graduation course which has 6 semesters. It is affiliated to HNBGU which is a well-known university which affiliates many other colleges. I am going to say this college is not a college its a whole new world, it's not just studying it is about how you tackle the world, how you SEE the world, this college is the key for your future just like I have unlocked my future you should also do that. The rank below the 500 in GUJCET can be good enough for admission here in desired course. The GUJCET ranks below 400 or Marks about 115/120 can be good enough in your case for Nirma University for B.Tech CSE. Generally, the cut off score is around 85-90 percentile. The basic eligibility criteria of Nirma University for B.Tech course is 12th with minimum 55% of marks with PCM. However, for admission point of view you have to score above 80% of marks in 12th, because 60% of weightage is given to 12th marks and 40% to GUJCET.

Doing B.E. /B.Tech courses through distance mode is not valid as per AICTE guidelines. Hence, never pursue it. It's better to do AMIE recognised by MHRD of India.

Manipal University offers Freeship and Scholar Scholarships for B.Tech students. The eligibility requirements of scholarship are given below.
1. 80% aggregate of Mathematics + Physics + Optional subject (as per selection criteria) in 10+2 from the
recognised Board.
2. MET ranks between 1-100 (For freeship scholarship) and 101-5000 for Scholar MET ranks.
