You can take admission in undergraduate biomedical engineering after completing civil engineering. There will be no exemption of credits or years.

Yes, you can go for Diploma in forensic science after competing your B.Tech degree, but it would not be of much benefit.

To pursue engineering, you have to give the JEE exam which will get you admission in all the IITs, BITS conducts its own exam. For B.Sc, you can try in DU through cutoff or appear in entrance exams.

Yes, after you have completed your diploma you can get admission in engineering through lateral entry and directly into 2nd year.
