You can take admission in undergraduate biomedical engineering after completing civil engineering. There will be no exemption of credits or years.

To pursue engineering, you have to give the JEE exam which will get you admission in all the IITs, BITS conducts its own exam. For B.Sc, you can try in DU through cutoff or appear in entrance exams.
