If you are not interested in coding, you can pursue other related course like BCA. Although you can develop an interest in coding later on and opt for newer branches like hacking, gaming etc.

According to my knowledge, pursuing M.Tech in different stream is not preferable. For pursing post graduation there should be sound knowledge on the subjects of that respective branch, which is provided in B.Tech. So, it is not preferable.

Hi
No, you cannot do M.Tech in food tech as the requirements are completely different. There is no Masters+PhD (food proc) programme in any college as Ph.D requires clearing UGC NET exam. You should pursue M.Tech CS which will give you better packages.
