If you have the interest in any field there is nothing be difficult for you as it depends on how much interest you have in that. If we talk about computer Science you must have interest in programs and coding.

If you are not interested in coding, you can pursue other related course like BCA. Although you can develop an interest in coding later on and opt for newer branches like hacking, gaming etc.

No, you cannot do M.Tech in food tech as the requirements are completely different. There is no Masters+PhD (food proc) programme in any college as Ph.D requires clearing UGC NET exam. You should pursue M.Tech CS which will give you better packages.
