You can get admission in COEP ( B.Tech lateral entry ) only through Diploma, not through B.Sc.

Your graduation mark is okay, but your class 12th marks are less than 60%. Also, you should have done your class 12 in physics and math. According to AFCAT eligibility, you are not eligible.

Yes, you can apply for AFCAT. It doesn't matter from which stream you did your B.Tech. For other eligibility terms, just visit the official website of AFCAT.

Yes, you can apply for TNEA. Seat for other states student are less and also every college under TNEA don't provide seat for other state students.
