No, pursuing distance M.Tech in India is not valid in India as per the Supreme Court of India. The degree can be done in regular mode only. UGC, DEB, and AICTE have not approved this degree programme in a distance mode of education.

Hi, as per UGC guidelines, no professional course is allowed to be offered by way of distance education. Hence I would like to urge you to check credentials and ask institute offering this course about UGC permission. Best wishes.
