Go for B.Tech electrical and check further that, are you eligible after getting your class 12th marks.

CSE is where placements does not really matters. If your acedmic's are good and your skills are up to mark then you can find job easily anywhere.

Different IIMs have different criterion for admission. Firstly it depends on CAT percentile. Some IIMs also consider eligibility on work. Give your best in CAT and then wait for call from IIM.

You have to prepare for JEE Mains exam if you want to study civil engineering in best government engineering colleges. Bridge or dam construction comes under civil branch. You can go for private colleges also if your JEE marks are low or incase you are unable to get good marks in JEE Mains.

I have no information regarding which nits are selected for this programme by IIT Delhi. But, there are some points you should focus on :
1. Students will be required to spend a minimum of six months or complete a project with the IIT during their last year of B.Tech before they can start with their Ph.D. programmes.
2. NIT students, who have a CGPA of 8 and above in their third year and are interested in research will be able to get direct admission in IIT Delhi for completing their final year here. After that, they can continue to pursue their Ph.D. in the institute.

Prepare well and focus on basics of robotics and automation. Complete your diploma and apply for jobs.

If you want to take admission in good college like IIT, NIT, iiit or in gfti then give GATE exam. For private colleges, GATE or their own entrance exams. In some colleges, directly on the basis of graduation marks take admission.

According to last 5 years, average package is 6 Lacs per annum. The lowest was around 2-3 Lacs per annum. No idea of the highest package. Nearly 90% students get placed according to various sources available on internet.
