Yes you can apply for b archand JEE Mains if you got 60% marks in 12th class in maths subject JEE Mains for B.Arch doesn't need the highest percentage but the wants passing marks percentage.

The eligibility criteria is varying according to Universities, However if you are graduate in Science, IT or CS etc. Can pursue this course. Further there is no needs of mathematics at 10+2 level for admission in M.Sc. IT.

You will have to complete your 12th first because for any graduation degree, you need to have passed in 12th first.

Doing engineering from Bihar won't effect your career but if you pursue engineering from bad college (I mean from less reputed private college of Bihar) then that will effect your career. So according to me you should pursue engineering from a good government college which offers good placement opportunities.

Well, you can opt for Government engineering colleges of Rajasthan. They may consider and take admissions through class 12th board marks also. All the best!

You can give ICAR and yes maths is compulsory for all engineering courses.

If you want to get IITs or NITs then you need to have at least 75% (for general), 65% (for ST and SC) and you need to qualify JEE Advanced.
