First of all, civil service is a responsibility for us. There is nothing easier or harder. We should be dedicated towards our work, whatever it is. For your answer, IFS deals with external affairs of country. Ambassador and high commission era, etc. IAS deals with internal administration of the country.

You should polish your strengths in last months of your JEE prep. Rather than taking any new chapter or topic.

Yes, it's possible. The eligibility criteria of B.E Information Science and Engineering is given below. Eligibility : Candidate must have passed the 10+2 or equivalent examination from a recognised state or central board with at least 55% (relaxable for reserved category candidates) of the marks with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as the major subjects of study. Admission criteria : Most of the Institute give admissions through Common Entrance Test (CET) (like JEE Main, UPSEE). To get admissions in these institutes candidates would have to qualify the respective entrance exam by securing minimum qualifying marks.

USA is a hub of STEM programs, thus there are ample of universities that will offer you Computer Science courses. Universities usually have specific scores that they need in a particular section in the GRE exam. I personally visited Edwise for counseling and they gave me a good idea of the scores I would require. You could visit them.

Hi Amy,
If the university is listed in WES Canada database then yes, WES will consider that qualification for assessment. You have to submit transcripts in a sealed envelope issued by that particular University. All the best.
