Placement is good for Chemical Engineering. Around 95% of the students got placed. The highest package is 32 LPA, average is around 8 LPA and the lowest is 6 LPA. All major companies visited the campus for recruitment.

Chitkara University is more famous for its Rajpura Campus. By saying famous it means that there is more scope as to placements are concerned. There is no defence quota in JEE exam. You should score more then 130 marks in JEE Main to get a seat in NITs in general category other state quota.
