BITS Pilani, Dubai is a private engineering university in Dubai International Academic City, United Arab Emirates. It became the international branch of Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, India in 2000, making it the second branch established. While the UPES was established in the year 2003 through UPES Act, 2003 of the State Legislature of Uttarakhand.
