Both are good options, but according to me industrial chemistry has good scope and placements are good.

The placement of institute is best for Computer science and for management. But, somehow Tula's also manage placements for other departments like civil and Mechanical, but the package is not enough.so i suggest you to take decision very carefully. You can get placement in marketing from Tulas at best package.
