B.Tech lateral may the good option for you. Please apply through State Common Entrance Test Cell, Maharashtra State website http://cetcell.mahacet.org/
After opening the home page of above website, apply through direct second year engineering (DSE). Complete your registration process and make the required payment. The admission are done through the CAP rounds conducted by DTE Maharashtra.

Both the choices are good. But, your complain is about which is best for job abroad. As my point of view Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Stanford University both are better for your M.Sc course and your job related problem. Thank you.

NATA is more demanding for admission in the B.Arch programme as most of the colleges accept NATA score only for admission whereas JEE Main Paper 2 is acceptable only in some colleges falling Under JOSAA. NATA is the official entrance for Architecture which is valid all over India, so will advise you to go for NATA.
