A person with a Bachelor's degree in any stream can do it, however, you need to give entrance exams. For clarity about entrance exams, get in touch with your nearby best university or college and ask them about upcoming dates, or if you can be more specific about the exact college/University you want to get admission in, I will give you more clarity. Wish you luck with your future endeavors.

Hello,
Even they sound close enough, contents of these two courses are quite different. Medical electronics deals with development of instruments used in medical fields while biomedical can be termed as development of prosthetics etc. Of course this is in most elementary form. For details on these a student can refer Google or Wikipedia. Best wishes to you.

Hello,
Placements across board in different engineering colleges in India is a cause of concern. May be due to this, there is appreciable reduction in intake of students and thousands of seats are remaining unfilled. In view of this I would like to advise you that please go ahead with spot round for seat in a better ranked college. Of course we are expecting a great future four years from now and hence you should not worry much about placements at the moment. Best wishes to you.
