Chemical Engineering is way better than civil in NITK. People usually go for civil if they don't get any. Even if you are interested in civil, go for chemical in NITK. It is far better in placements and internships.

CVSR College is ranked as the 7th top most colleges in Telangana by times now. The college doesn't have great faculty and below average placements, but everyone need NAAC accreditation.

I would recommend to go with Canada, because US and UK both are very expensive countries to do Bachelors. Your budget should be around INR 50 Lacs- 1Cr for a very good college in US and INR 40L-70L for UK.
