Admission for B.Tech are done on the basis of All India Rank in JEE Mains and counselling, provided the candidate meets eligibility criteria, which are put up on the website www.bitmesra.ac.in. A candidate may also log in to www.josaa.nic.in to view the rank cut-offs etc.

You got a descent rank. But, with this rank you can get any branch other than CSE in CBIT. The cut off is very high for OC, it's around 852 according to last year's stats.

Yes, as per JoSAA schedule, it is clearly mentioned that round-1 reporting dates are:
June 28th, 2019 to July 02nd, 2019 (5 days). So, these are (28,29,30,1,2) five days.

No, you won't get seat in JNTUH Karimnagar.
The closing for CSE is b/w 10-11k
Better you may get seat in 3rd counseling, but I am not sure about that.
