Eligibility for B.Sc Food Technology
10+2 education completed in the Science stream, from a recognized educational Board. Chemistry, Mathematics, Physics, Biology/ Home Science as the main subjects at the 10+2 level. A minimum aggregate score of 50% (45% for SC/ST/OBC candidates) at the 10+2 level.

Eligibility: Candidates must have passed Post graduation in the relevant discipline from a UGC-recognized University with 50% marks in aggregate. However, an applicant with M.Phil/CSIR-UGC/JRF/NET/SLET cleared in the relevant subject is exempted from the Entrance test. As per UGC notification, the minimum duration for Ph.D. is 3 years including course work and a maximum of 6 years (full-time/part-time).

Candidates should have passed their Higher Secondary Certificate or (10+2)its equivalent examination from a recognised university to get admission in this course with the minimum of 50% aggregate marks. In their secondary education with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with any one of the subjects like Computer Science, Chemistry, Biotechnology and Biology.
