Well it is advised that you should not study any core subject from any Private University of West Bengal as you may end up in any IT firm if you don't go for higher studies but Meghnad Saha is still a better option than Techno University. Good Luck.

Yes, You cannot get into NITs but can get admission in government colleges as most of the colleges have the minimum percentage in 12th would be around 60%.
