These are all dual degree programs. After completion of integrated programmes, you get two degrees, i.e. one UG and the other PG.

If you want to pursue M.Tech in IIT Bombay then it does not depend, which was your earlier college you did B.Tech from. You can do both the degree programmes from different colleges.

Yes, it accepts JEE Mains rank, but it's not possible for you to get admission in CSE in that college. To know in which other colleges you will get admission use the predictor tool:

No, it won't accept Andhra Pradesh EARNCET exam for getting admission into GITAM. Either you must write GITAM entrance test or get admission in management quota. All the best.

To take admission in a good engineering college some steps need to be followed.
Firstly you need to find out that if you have the aptitude to become an engineer, then choose right subjects in your higher secondary school, because the courses of engineering contains 11th and 12th class studies.
Now prepare for the entrance exams, you should have a well preparation strategy. You have to strengthen the base of Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics.
Go through the syllabus of examination.
