Yes, they are eligible since the primary requirement to do B.Tech is to have PCM in their intermediate. Hence, those with PCM and biology can also do aeronautical engineering. But, if you wish to opt for B.Tech CS or IT , then it would be very difficult since you would not have had a proper base in computer science in your intermediate.

Both ECE and EEE are highly demanded courses at Sastra University after CSE. Hence it depends on your interest to choose between the two. Sastra University has good infrastructure, faculty, training and placements for both of the branches.

It is difficult to rate since MS programs are really selective, also it depends if you are applying to a research based or coursework based MS. 77% is alright but may not be enough. Apply with a strong application, solid LORs, projects, publications etc. will be considered. Good Luck with it.

The branch which you can get is difficult to predict since the competition is too high. Hence, you can try your best at the time of admission. All the best.

To get admission through JEE scores, you need to enroll for JoSAA counseling and based on the ranks, you will get the colleges. There is no direct admission in this way. Since your scores are good, you can get a better college with either you board exam scores alone or with JEE scores. All the best.
