Hello Pratima, Unlike admissions for medical where NEET is the only exam, for engineering college admissions, a student has to appear for as many exam as he can. Prominent are : Exam for colleges for your state. JEE Mains for NIT/IIIT/CFTI/IIT. Each deemed to be university conducts it's own exam. Best wishes to you.

I wonder why you want to take M.Tech software engineering integrated course for doing TNPSC.
You can pursue other courses, in different institutes or can pursue some B.Sc courses in VIT too. This is highly technical branch, which enables you to know a lot about a CSE and deals a lot of coding languages, if you wish to get placed in top industries like Amazon, Flipkart or many Software Companies you can go with this course.

You might get VIT with this score. However, define the branch of your interest first. Depending on that, you might or might not get that particular Branch in VIT. So first decide it. I hope this helps.

Yes, you can get admission in Coimbatore Institute of Technology with this score in the entrance exam. You should apply for chemical engineering in this college.
