Don't take admission to St. Mary Technical Campus without reading this review.
Placements: There is no placement of any kind here. Only a few students get placements and that too is of 1.2 LPA or less. There is no facility for internships of any kind here. You can do an online internship here. Please do not think about any kind of internship while going to this college. There is no facility of any kind available here.
Infrastructure:
There are no good facilities here. There is no lab for instruments. There is no lab available on some days. There is no librarian in the library as well. Most of the time, the library remains closed. Even for academic preparation, the number of books is very low. There are only 1-3 books, and for some subjects, books are not even available.
Faculty: There are no good teachers here, and even good teachers are leaving the college. No teacher is good or knowledgeable. This college is under Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University (MAKAUT), so the difficulty level is the same as that of MAKAUT. The passing percentage of this college is 50%.
Other: The fee of this college is very low compared to other private colleges in West Bengal, that is why I took admission in this college. The best thing about this college is that there is no need for attendance. There is no festival of any kind here. Swami Vivekanand scholarship is given in this college.

The Mystic College aura breaks up the reality we expect but makes us encounter the ground facts.
Placements: Our college placement is so good that every 4th-year student is also eligible for this placement, and companies come to our college offering salaries of 500000 Lacs per annum. When students enter the 7th semester, the college offers on-campus placements. Our college also provides internship opportunities.
Infrastructure: I chose this course because Computer Science & Engineering is trending now. Our student-to-faculty ratio is 120:4. Every faculty member is highly educated and experienced in this syllabus. As our professors are friendly and help us, it's easy to score good marks in semester exams. Our college has separate hostels for boys and girls. The hostels provide two meals a day, a double-sitter room, and a study table.
Faculty: Our faculty is very good, and all other courses in our college are excellent. Faculty members are postgraduates, and some hold Ph.D. degrees. Their teaching style is flexible and understandable. Term exams are conducted on schedule, along with continuous assessment both in class and in labs.

Students who don't want compulsory attendance criteria can join here.
Placements: There were 50% of the students who get placed in our department. The highest package was INR 30,000 per month, and the lowest was INR 25,000 per month. There was a company that came to our college but didn't take any students. The top roles were offered in CSS, C, C+, Python, and Java.
Infrastructure: At our college, the B.Tech. building is going well these days. They made the old building new and well maintained, which has new facilities like wi-fi, a water purifier, good furniture, and a good laboratory where we can get good information for our course.
Faculty: The faculty members are the best thing about our college; they will support you in every way, like by giving you notes and helping you with the study part. Also, they will help you in the exams by which you can get passing marks, which will help you a lot.

Review of St.Mary's Technical Campus.
Placements: Almost 70% of students got placed in our college. The highest salary package offered is 1 LPA. The lowest salary offered is Rs. 20,000 per month. Placements depend on how well the interview goes with the interviewer. The top recruiting company is Rani Constructions. A few students got internships. If you want internships, you must work hard.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is good. Our college has a building. They have constructed new academic rooms. The hostel facility is not available in our college. Some PGs are available near our college.
Faculty: Our college has good teachers. They are always available to help you. They are friendly. If you make a good impression, then they will help you. They provide 20 marks for internals and 20 marks for MCQs.
Other: Attendance is not mandatory in our college.

Our college has bad hostel infrastructure and placements.
Placements: Our college does not provide placements and companies do not visit our college because of pandemic. Head of our department provided placements from some low-paying companies after passing. Most of them prepared for off-campus placements. Students got placed off campus in many MNCs like TCS, Wipro, Cognizant, and Capgemini.
Infrastructure: Old hostel campus was below average with high fees. So most of the students who get scholarships stay at the hostel. Food served in the hostel was average. College has a football and a volleyball ground. Laboratory for the CSE department has good infrastructure with good Wi-Fi and subscription to many online learning portals. Library doesn't provide textbooks to the students and many good famous books were not available.
Faculty: Teachers are the best parts of our college. They are helpful and guide students in many ways and prepare for the off-campus exams. The teaching quality of most of them is good. Our college follows the MAKAUT curriculum, so the course curriculum is very good. Our college conducts 2 internal exams in a semester, the practical labs from an external and the main written exam at the end of the semester in which questions are mostly subjective.
Other: Our college is inside the village which is a good place for students to self-study. Education was not good in our college due to mismanagement and upper authorities. Campus fest was arranged once in 4 years. Our batch prepared for the off-campus placements and many got successful.

Faculty members are always helpful and provide placement opportunities.
Placements: Many companies visit the campus, but I'm waiting for my choices. Indeed, the best companies offer placements. The college provides many facilities which help students to improve their skills and knowledge.
Infrastructure: The campus has a huge ground and field. Wi-Fi facility is available for students to study, and there is no problem with it. The campus has a huge canteen and is affordable. But, the bad thing is that its maintenance is very bad. The crowd in the canteen is always high.
Faculty: Faculty members are very good and perfect. They help the students at any time, even during the main semester exams. They never argue for your acknowledgement because they understand the students.
Other: The college fest is perfect. Freshers' party and farewell party are conducted in the college. The campus crowd is high because the fee structure of our college is low. The library is huge. The playground is large. Overall, the campus is perfect for a good student.
