As per your score, you are already qualified for PGECET exam. Because its minimum qualifying marks are 30. So, it depends on your rank if you can apply for M.Tech or not. Your rank not so good so just try.

Electrical Engineering (EE) is a core branch of Engineering and is different from the other branches namely Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) or Electronics engineering.
