Hello Srinivasa,
There is no fixed percentage to get admission at NITs as it varies every year. You may try in the counselling to get a seat at the colleges you wish for with your scores in JEE exam.
All the best.

No chance for CSE in IIIT-Nagpur if you belong to the general category. There may be some chances in CSAB but not in JoSAA rounds.

Hi Himanshu,
You should try for state level private colleges. In state private colleges you can get computer science and engineering with this JEE Mains rank. If you are looking for a better campus, then go for Amity or LPU.
Best of luck.

Hi SUKRITI, Students with rank under one Lacs in JEE Mains can easily get a private college in Bangalore. And there are many colleges who offer management quota admission, but fees for the same is charged two times the normal fees. If you want CSE or it, you can enter through management quota also. Best of luck.

Aeronautical Science is a very good stream but unfortunately, it has less scope in India still. Go for computer science, electronics and communication, electrical, etc.

Hi Kunal,
As your score in JEE Mains is low, you can not get good colleges or branches. If you love technical subjects and you are interested in engineering then go for private colleges. Amity University or LPU is a good option for you. Best of luck.
