The exam conducting bodies these days allow students access after logging in to download all relevant documents viz marks list, result, etc. Hence once you download your results it will definitely be having all required information. However if there is something missing, please contact their grievance cell or help line by either email or by phone. I am sure your complaint will be resolved soon.

SRM has better ranking and infrastructure
Better Professors
Better Placements than Hindustan.
So, I would suggest you go ahead with SRM.
