Marine engineering, I think is not related to JEE Main exam, because they have their own entrance test. So, most probably your son has to clear that, but if it is based on mains then you can apply for that.

Hi Pankaj,
Your board score does not matter here. The rank in the entrance exam will decide whether you can get admission in Mumbai University or not for b tech. But for non b tech courses, you will not able to get a seat with 59.8% in class 12th board. Best of luck.

Hi Mihir,
Yes, you can get government colleges in Maharashtra with this rank. You can apply home state quota also. Your score in both JEE Mains and board are very good. Best of luck.

Hi,
No, you can't get computer Science engineering at VIT Vellore with this rank. I will suggest you to go for some good private colleges like Amity University or LPU. Best of luck.

Hi,
It will be difficult for you to get NIUTKRR with this score. I will suggest you to go for state level private colleges. There you can get branches as per your interests.
Best of luck.

Why not?, They will appreciate you, as you are an engineer and you have also done teacher training I. e B.Ed. You will be given preference over other candidates also as you have more technical knowledge than others. Best of luck.

Hi Ashish,
With this score it seems somewhat difficult to get it in one go. But, apply and wait till the results are announced. You might get it. I hope this helps. All the Best.
