-IITs - spl. Delhi & Kharagpur
-VIT, Vellore
-Jaypee Institute of Information Technology, Noida
-Anna University, Chennai.
After B.Tech, you can opt for higher studies M.Tech/MS or PhD and go into research. Or you may also look for working at pharma companies.

If you get admission through EAMCET, then automatically your rank is below 10000. So, you don't have to pay tuition fee, as you are eligible for full tuition fee reimbursement. If you get admission through AUEET the tuition fee is INR. 1, 65,000 per year. AUEET is conducted by AU for admissions into dual degree B.Tech+M.Tech.

There is a low chances of getting seat in NIT's as your percentile was not sufficient to get seat in any NIT's, because of heavy competition and demand of seats. So, just give a try. All the best.

Hello HP Patel,
According to a study, US is the country to go for doing MS in CSE. Of course, European countries also have reputed universities. However, every country has it's own peculiarities. I would therefore like to advise you that please approach an agency sending students for MS abroad. They would advise you correctly besides taking care of these small issues so that you do get admission somewhere. Best wishes to you.

I think, you'll be eligible for electronics and communication and other branches. CSE will be tough to get, but you should go for the counseling you may get a chance as there are CSE related other branches here too.
