Yes, you are eligible for getting admission in this university with this rank. And, in this course, but for that you have to wait for the counselling letter, and you have to follow all the given instructions there to get into this college.

The placements for NIT Rourkela - National Institute of Technology (NITRKL) - M.Tech in Microwave and Radar Engineering is quiet good and has an average pack of 6.5 LPA where last year recruiters are Deloitte, Essar etc.

Yes, you can easily get admission in this college with this rank, but for admission in the CSE department you have to wait till the last round of the counselling only then you would be able to get admission in this college.

Technically, there would be no any problem, if you are applying for the government, or government PSUs Jobs or even pursuing the higher studies through GATE. So, forget about the gap and less marks and simply concentrate on your study for coming entrance exams. Good luck.

NTA is expected to announce results / ranking / eligibility to register for JEE Advanced / Registration with JoSAA for admissions in NIT's and other related institutions. This year it is expected to be announced on 30th April 2019 or there about.
