Candidates should first check the availability of test centres in their location. If test centres are not operational or you are more comfortable testing from home, you may opt for the TOEFL iBT Home Edition. Candidates juts have to make sure they have the system that meets ETS TOEFL requirements and your environment is secure for test monitoring.

Speaking section has 3 parts which has to be covered in 11-14 minutes.
Part 1 (4–5 minutes):
Simple questions about yourself (name, work/study, hometown, hobbies).
Part 2 (3–4 minutes total):
You receive a cue card with a topic.
One minute to prepare, then speak for up to two minutes.
Examiner may ask one or two follow-up questions.
Part 3 (4–5 minutes):
Discussion of more abstract ideas linked to Part 2 topic.
You'll be asked to compare, speculate, and justify opinions.
Tip: Treat it like a normal conversation. Be natural, but give full answers (2–3 sentences) rather than one-word responses.

It is same process. Go to the ETS website and create your account. When you select the test center, just choose the option for Home Edition. Make sure your computer and internet speed is good before paying the fee.

No, the registration fee for the TOEFL Home Edition is also INR 16,900, the same as the regular TOEFL iBT taken at a test center. There are no fees changes in TOEFL iBT Home Edition or the test centre version.

Candidates can reinstate their cancelled TOEFL scores by just paying a fee of INR 1,990.

Candidates can request a score review of your TOEFL iBT Writing and/or Speaking section up to 30 days after you take the test. The TOEFL fee for score review is INR 7,900 per section.
