There is still hope, because you could receive an offer letter from Westcliff University if you score 3.0 GPA and have a 6-bands IELTS score. Even so, your chances will not be as high as that of those having greater academic and better English proficiency scores.

Eligibility: The applicant must have passed the master's degree in the concerned subject with aggregate marks of at least 55%.
Entrance Exams: Admission will be done through entrance exam scores from a recognized test like GATE, CSIR-NET, or JRF, which is followed by an interview.

To be eligible for admission to any course at GGSIPU, the candidate has to score a minimum of 45% aggregate in the previous qualification in a relevant stream from any recognised institute.
