The Crown Institute of Studies accepts the following English proficiency exams:
IELTS: A minimum overall score of 5.5 with no band lower than 5.5 and a writing score of 6 or above.
TOEFL: A minimum score of 79 or higher.
PTE: A minimum score of 53.

TAFE Queensland East Coast accepts the IELTS, TOEFL as well as the PTE for determining an applicant's level of comfort and proficiency in english. These tests are standardized and globally accepted within the majority of the universities including the TAFE Queensland East Coast.

Ecole Hoteliere de Geneve accepts the International English Language Testing System as proof of English language proficiency for admission to their programs according to information available on their website.
While they don't explicitly mention other exams, it's possible they might accept alternatives under certain circumstances. You can reach out to EHL's admissions office directly through email or phone and inquire about other accepted English proficiency exams besides IELTS or do visit the websites of major testing organizations like ETS or Duolingo to see if EHL is listed as an accepting institution.

UC Berkeley Global accepts a few different English proficiency exams for international students.
- TOEFL is the most widely accepted exam. UC Berkeley prefers a minimum score of 100 on the internet-based TOEFL (iBT), but the minimum accepted score is 80.
- In IELTS exam, you'll need a minimum score of 6.5 on the IELTS Academic test.
- Duolingo English Test is a relatively new option. The minimum score required is 115.

As per the official notification released by the exam body, LNMU, Darbhanga, the syllabus for the General English Comprehension section in Bihar BEd CET 2025 consists of the these topics - General English Comprehension section includes topics like reading comprehension, vocabulary, grammar, sentence structure, synonyms, antonyms, and idioms and phrases.
