There are various courses in which you can pursue:
BCA, B.Sc (Hons) in chemistry (needs maths/bio and physics too but some universities allow without these subjects ), BA (Hons) in English, BA (Hons) in Hindi or BA (Pass).
As in terms of job oriented courses: BCA and B.Sc (Hons) in chemistry are the best options on basis of subjects you have opted for in class XIIth.

Migration certificate is issued by the university after finishing university examination. You are requested to approach the registrar of your university from where you did PG with the request to issue the migration certificate. You may have to apply for the migration certificate on a prescribed form which every university issues as per their rules and regulations.

You can actually take up teaching as a career, it is one of the best options. Also, you can appear for any competitive exam and clear the exams to work in the government sector.

Kindly complete your graduation first. After graduation, go for PG into English. Try to keep your scorecard best. It will open up opportunity for further higher education like M.phil and PhD. It will fetch you a rewarding career into English that you would have never imagined.

Even if you have not got success just focus and clear your English honors. For that initially try to find out your weakness into your subject. Once known, focus on it and work hard. I am sure you will come out in flying colors.

If your English is not strong plus if you are planning to study abroad I will strongly advice you to improve your English communication skills. How will you converse with students and how will you sustain the English speaking environment if you are not well-versed with the language of communication. Nevertheless you will need an all-rounded good performance in your test to pass the TOEFL decently.
