You will get admission in an engineering college through COMEDK, as COMEDK is an entrance for engineering colleges.

Bachelor of Laws (LLB ) ( 3 Year Degree programme).
A graduate in any discipline with minimum 45% marks is eligible to admission to the 3-year LLB course. For SC/ST candidate the selection criteria has been relaxed to a score of 40% in graduation. Bachelor of Laws (LLB ) ( 5 Year Degree programme).
Candidate who has qualified 10+2/ Intermediate in any stream with 45% marks can apply. For SC/ST candidate the selection criteria has been relaxed to a score of 40% in 10+2.

Yes, you can apply for the course if you have passed 10+2 with 60% and you should have secured at least 50% in English.
