As per the information available on the internet, you need to study majorly about Part A-Chemistry, PART B-Biochemistry, Bio-Technology, Microbiology and Physics Environmental Science. The question comes from the syllabus of what most of the topics one has studied in his graduation that will be enough.

I would advice for M.Sc. In environmental Science and suggest BVIEER (Institute of environment education and research of Bharati Vidyapeeth) at Pune would be the best option to pursue the course. But, if you are not really sure about it, you should go for another option which is of M.Sc Environmental is also one of the good courses.
