As per the UGC guidelines two regular degree/Diploma courses can not pursued together. Because you have joined the GNM Diploma course during the B.A. Course. Hence you can not claimed the benefit of other course at the same time. However both courses are legally valid, but benefit will be given for one course only.

Yes, you can have this regular degree studied in a college in Andhra Pradesh. Many colleges are there. Check Shiksha's college predictor.

It's only possible for category (SC, ST)or physically disabled person (pwd). So if you belongs to any of this criteria then you are eligible for MBA with regular mode with this score.
