Migrating from SOL to a regular college is not possible but if you are in first year, u can drop a year and apply next year to a regular college.

To pursue law after 12th you can either opt for BA,BBA etc and then opt for LLB or you can pursue integrated LLB course . For an integrated law program you can opt for the following entrance exams :
CLAT
LSAT
AILET
